Terms of Service

1. Who we are

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the online presence audits and related services we sell through aresals.co.uk and our payment links. By paying for a service you agree to these terms.

Our automated assistants (on WhatsApp, on Telegram and in the chat on this website) give general information about the services. They cannot take payment or change these terms: the prices and terms published on this website are the ones that apply.

3. The services

  • Online Presence Audit – Standard: a written report on how your business appears on your website, Google listing and review sites, with fixes ranked by priority, and a follow-up call to go through the results.
  • Online Presence Audit – Pilot: the same service as the Standard audit (the same report and the same follow-up call) at a launch price. Available to a limited number of businesses (up to 8, until 31 December 2026 or until places run out).

The audit is based on publicly available information at the time of the review. We do not access your accounts or systems unless you give us permission.

We use AI tools (Claude, from Anthropic) to help prepare the report. A person reviews every report before it is sent to you.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website and on the payment page, in pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR). Payment is taken in full in advance through Stripe. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

5. Delivery

We will contact you within two working days of payment to confirm your business details. We aim to deliver the report within 10 working days of receiving everything we need from you. If we expect a delay, we will tell you.

6. Feedback

For the Pilot, we ask for honest feedback on the report. Feedback is optional and is not a condition of the price. We never ask for positive reviews, and any review you choose to leave is entirely your decision.

7. Cancellations and refunds

  • Business customers: you can cancel for a full refund at any time before we start work on your audit. Once work has started, refunds are at our discretion.
  • Consumers (buying outside a trade or business): you have 14 days from payment to cancel. If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work already done. Once the report has been fully delivered, the right to cancel ends.
  • If we cannot deliver the service, we will refund you in full.

To cancel, email contact@aresals.co.uk. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Our responsibility

We will carry out the service with reasonable care and skill. Our recommendations are advice: the results of applying them depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific increase in visits, sales or rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Your information

We use the details you give us only to deliver the service and contact you about it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Intellectual property

The report is for your own business use. You may share it within your business and with people who help you implement it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to your order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections given by the law of your country.
